Our lives have some type of rhythm… whether intentional or not. And like many areas that take intention to be healthy, our rhythms are one of those areas. Leah and Dallas will share some of their ongoing journey of moving from unhealthy to healthy rhythms, which has affected their individual, relational, spiritual, and leadership lives. They will touch on themes like Sabbath, sabbatical, serving, silence and solitude, and Scripture.
